I’m sure that at one time or another you’ve heard the old Bones song by the Johnson brothers, sometimes referred to as the 'Dry Bones song' where...
"Toe bone connected to the foot bone
Foot bone connected to the heel bone
Heel bone connected to the ankle bone
Ankle bone connected to the leg bone
Leg bone connected to the knee bone…." and so on!
So what does a song about bones have to do with Energy Clearing for your Land?
Quite a lot really! If you like archaeology shows on the television or you’ve been fortunate enough to have been on a dig, then you’ll know how skeletal remains have been frequently found just a few inches under the Land’s grassy surface or further down, and that most burial ground sites are covered though occasionally members of the public do report seeing bone ends or bone fragments sticking out of the ground or near cliff paths.
Apart from animals carrying off bones, it is useful to know that our ancestors were frequently buried near water, or on hill tops, or where they fell in fields during battles.
For thousands of years, right up to the current times, Land has been used for burials & cremations as well as for worship.
As Landscapes have changed over time, through different historical periods, from agricultural to industrial and now to technological activities, it is not unreasonable to expect residual energies to remain in the Landscape too.
A few years ago, I was asked to consult on two interconnected fields. The second of the two fields was accessed through a gateway. Whenever the owner tried to walk her usually placid horse through the gateway and into the second field, he became spooked, and was difficult to handle. Once he was through the gateway, he settled down and was placid. She’d tried many different things to improve his behaviour at the crossing point of the gate, but nothing worked. In desperation she was referred to me.
Tuning into the Land I found that there had been an old pathway from a long forgotten Abbey to a market town that crossed her land. At the point where the gateway now existed, I detected two residual energy patterns of monks who continuously walked, once a day, through the gateway. Once identified & tuned into, I was able to transition them away from the physical plane and return them to the Divine Source of All things. Once the gateway and the pathway across the Land had been healed, the owner reported that her horse was placid whenever he walked through the gateway - this was a considerable surprise to her!
If you think about all the different people and cultures who have inhabited our Landscape it is not surprising that some energies will be left behind or imprinted onto the spiritual and energetic fabric of the Land.
Think about it this way:
When new houses or new transport links or new car parks are planned, archaeological teams are frequently involved to dig, remove any skeletons and rebury them elsewhere. Not all energies know where to go when they are no longer in corporeal form. Some may have been confused, particularly if their death occurred during a fight, skirmish, theft, war, or murder. Violent events are thought to leave an indelible stain, an imprint on the energy of a particular area. There are many reasons why energies don't move on, and not just because of violence.
There may be a need for Energy Clearing of Land and Home if:
* there is repurposing of Land — orchards and fields repurposed for housing developments, solar farms, car parks, industrial parks etc.;
* housing developments may cut across energy lines restricting the flow of energy which may lead to stagnation of the energies residing there;
*re-energising essences, elementals, and spirit energies that are necessary for growing & maintaining crops;
*fracking damage to delicate energies, as well as to water courses and ecosystems; to name but a few.
