Hello & welcome!
I’m Cerys Williams, Founder of Guiding Light.
I support people during times of uncertainty, transition, or spiritual awakening: moments when clarity, steadiness, or deeper alignment are needed.
My work centres around three pathways: Spirit-Guided Remote Spirit Release (SGRSR) Therapy, a one‑off targeted clearing; Specialist Spiritual Coaching & Mentoring, a slower, layered process that unfolds over time; and Energy Clearing for Homes, Land & Workplaces.

Many clients come to me when something feels “off” but they can’t quite articulate why.

My role is to hold a grounded, sacred space where you can explore what you’re feeling and experiencing, gently uncovering what needs attention, understanding, or realignment.

My Path & Training
My work is rooted in a blend of spiritual, energetic, and academic training.

Holistically, I am a:

• Reiki Master for People & Animals
• Clinical Reflexologist
• Certified Soul Coach
• Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner trained within a Peruvian Shamanic lineage
• Certified Spirit‑Guided Remote Spirit Release Practitioner (Level 2)

Alongside my spiritual training, I hold:

• Two Master of Arts degrees
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology
• A professional background in senior NHS management

This combination of grounded academic understanding and intuitive energetic practice shapes the steadiness, discernment, and clarity I bring to my work.

Spirit-Guided Remote Spirit Release (SGRSR)

SGRSR is a one‑hour, targeted clearing session carried out remotely with a trained Spirit Release team.

It offers focused support when something feels intrusive, misaligned, or not quite your own.

This work helps restore balance at a deeper energetic level and is often chosen when a client senses that something needs immediate attention.

Specialist Spiritual Coaching & Mentoring

My coaching and mentoring work blends Shamanic Energy Medicine with NLP, creating a reflective, intuitive, and psychologically informed pathway for deep inner change.

This is not surface‑level mindset work but it is a spacious, transformative process that unfolds gradually, often over many months.

Clients come to me after trying other approaches without finding the shift they hoped for. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to name what’s wrong.

Together, we peel back the layers to reach the deeper patterns and root causes that are ready to be identified and released.
